My best motivation is humans. I am motivated by other people. I have a need to be social.
The five factor model shows that I am a person with an emphasis on feelings, values and motives. Fantasy, imagination and aesthetics. I take a lot of things on the fly. Set humans before technology and rationality. Cooperate rather than compete. And I like positive feedback.
